Okay this is a REAL toughie. Back in year 7 (three years ago) there was this girl I saw on my first day. She was really nerdy, big teeth (really big), gles the works. I didn't speak to her for the first few weeks but then i started feeling sorry for her so i made friends with her. And now she has just latched on to me and I haven't been able to get rid of her since. She always bangs on about us being best friends when I just really don't want to be her friend anymore. We are insanely different. I'm into partying, going out, drinking and having a good time. Whereas she is into reading, writing, playing imaginary games (at her age!!!) and History. We also are really different physically. She has no figure what so ever, no at all she is completley flat, in fact she told me she was a 28AA!! Since the years have progressed she obviously got braces but her teeth still stick out. She also has the worst of the worst bad breath and always have greasy hair and giant sweat patches. She also has no idea about the modern world, she doesn't know anything about celebrities and she's still so child-like. Me and three other girls that are her 'friends' are also really fed-up with her. And no matter how many times we tell her she needs to sort out her lack of hygiene or something she gets in a big strop and bursts into tears well crocodile tears. And I've tried breaking friends with her on numerous occions and she just gets all stroppy and gets loads of girls in my cl aganist me saying I'm bullying her. And then she stands all by herself not really doing anything and looking all forlorn so I feel sorry for her AGAIN and end up reuniting our friendship. I'm desperate to stop being friends with but just let it out nicely so she doesn't get all worked up like she always does so me and my friends don't look like nerds ourselves because she is totally bringing down our reputation and I know that sounds awful but she really is and she has made no effort whatsoever to make friends with any other girls in our year she just latches on to us all the time. The anorexia did probably stunt your growth. However don't worry. Hormones in the average teenage body for growing don't even slow down until 21. In some cases people have grown a foot from 18-21. Based on the height of your family, I can practically guarantee you that you will grow an inch. However it may not be overnight like you hope. I suggest sitting (or sleeping) a little more than usual that way gravity has less of an effect on you. Also eat really healthy. I know that sounds cliche but it works. Anyone else ever lost christmas decorations?

For Christmas, 2009, I wanted to decorate my place. Problem was that, when I went looking through my belongings, I noticed that all of the old stuff was gone. By "stuff", I mean a tree, which could be 4 ft., or 7 ft. depending on if the lower section was used. A set of tiny, plastic, white cottages (the kind where windows, etc. were painted onto paper, then glued to the plastic), some molded,plastic, figurines, which looked like cars, and trucks, lights, ornaments, and the list goes on. I guess that I only thought about this while purchasing some new, ceramic cottages. I know that I have moved around, a few times, over the years, but I could not believe all that I had lost, in less than 10 years. The very things which my parents took decades to collect, yet I lost them, in just a few years. I just wonder if anyone else has ever lost cherished decorations, which can never be replaced?

What are the symptoms of bad timing in a 1998 Cavalier?

I have a 1998 Chevy Cavalier. A while back, the fuel pump went out and I replaced it. It ran fine for about 10 days but then started to run horrible. It still ran, but it took a while to start would stay idling in park and neutral, but when I put it in drive it would die unless I was giving it gas. However, if I gave it too much gas it would start to stall. I ended up getting new plugs and wires, coils, MAP sensor, crank position sensor, throttle position sensor, idle air control valve, and fuel filter. None of this worked, so I got a new fuel pump and put it in and it ran good for 3 days. Then all of the sudden, the symptoms reappeared. It would still run but I had to keep giving it gas. Now it'll start but not stay running. I've heard differing opinions. Some people say it's still a bad fuel pump (I bought the pumps cheap on ebay). I was getting ready to just replace the pump and embly this time, but now others are saying it's a timing issue. What confuses me is that it runs fine for several days and then the symptoms come back. I hope someone can help. I really don't want to sink too much more into it. It has been a nightmare lol.

How can I deter my cat from pooing outside the litter tray?

I have had my cat from her being 6 weeks old. She was litter trained by her mother when I got her and continued to use a litter tray successfully for quite a while, recently she has started pooing behind my bed and behind the couch and yesterday beside my wardrobe!!! she still uses the litter tray regularly and has a cat flap, although I'm sure she comes in to toilet rather than do it outside, but this behaviour is becoming really annoying now. She knows it is wrong because i've told her off for it and when i catch her now she runs off and hides. I've heard the deter sprays are not much use although I've been reccommended to use a citronella spray. Can anyone shed some light on this and how i can stop her doing it. I also have an adult cat who never does this and always uses the tray.

Oh my sounds like you don't have enough time for them and they are showing it in their actions. Do they all have the same trainer? Could this person be using techniques that are causing them to act this way. You have some issues here. Something is going on with your dogs. I have 4 dogs in our home that have different personalities and they pout and act out sometimes just like children but I give them so much attention. My dogs that have been spayed gained weight, and don't seem as active so I have to take them for walks to prevent too much weight gain. They love playing ball and running in our backyard of course it is fenced in. Do your dogs get love and tenderness or just training? Maybe they are bonded with the trainer? I don't totally understand the "Show" training tech. but I read your question and wonder why so many dogs and getting more when you have dogs that need attention. Will my breech baby ever turn?

Hello my baby is currently breech at 29 weeks. He has been breech my whole pregnancy and does not move much(hes quite the lazy lil guy) and shows no interest in changing positions or making any type of big movement even when probed by my doctors. I am worried that he will stay breech and not turn. Is there any chance that my baby will turn before 36 weeks and should I prepare myself for a C Section?

Can someone travel to the USA if they have previously entered into a peace bond?

Can someone be proud of being white?

Of course. Im black but people can be proud of being anything they are including white. However, white people tend to ociates themselves more with a location than being white i.e "Im proud to be Italian, Polish, German, etc." Also I think some white people are of the opinion that minorities care about them being proud to be white or would somehow dissent to them praising their heritage. We could care less honestly but there seems to be a mindset that their is an attack or oppression of white culture in this country which is ridiculous.

How do you care for a baby bird that fell from it's nest?

It had feathers and can hop pretty well and attempts to fly but, is still to young. I found the nest put it back and the mother pushed it out after about 3 hours. There's another baby around the same age in the nest still though. And there's one but a cat attacked the nest, we think that's why it fell out originally, and killed the third baby. So there's two the one that the mother pushed out and the one that's still in the nest. I've called local wildlife shelter before for 3 abandon baby birds, they sadi they can't help them unless their owls, falcons or eagles.

I texted her that she was being hypocritical, and then I came home,and she was there. SHE NEVER says hi to me so I didn't say anything, and went up stairs after talking with mother. Should I allow my daughter to use the computer when she is downloading ?

My 17 year old daughter has been giving me an awful hard time for the past five yrs. She used to throw terrible fits and break furniture and ornaments, and put holes in the walls and doors. She threatened to kill me many times often became very physically aggressive with me. I would call the police who offered me little help. I tried to get help by calling community services, but they made it very clear that they are there to protect the children only. She was kicked out of school for making a very threatening website (police were involved but did not charge her). Anyways, she has been to consuling and takes Prozac and it has calmed her down a lot. She is back in school and going to gr 12. Although I don't believe that she is ually active she ruined my last computer by downloading .. I waited several months before I got a new one and I trusted her when she said she wouldn't do it again with the new computer. I just found out she is. Should I allow her to use the internet at all? I know in my heart what the answer is. I am a single mother. Her father has never been involved.

Me and my bf broke up for 3 months, then got back together within a month i found out i was pregnant. When i called to tell him he asked "is it mine" i said " i don’t know for sure, we just got back together, so when the doctor told me i was 4 weeks along we were both overwhelmed with what to do. I did a pregnancy calculator online and it said the time i concieved was the weekend we got back together. I gave him this information but also included it could be wrong. we didnt talk about it too much, we stayed together the entire time i was pregnant, and he signed the paternity affidvit and birth certificate. we broke up once after that then got back together and lived together till she was 1 1/2 old. during that break up he ordered a online paternity test and said he didnt want to see her again as the test came back she wasnt his. she is now almost 3 years old and he didnt see her for almost a year until he decided to meet up with her while she was with his mother at the zoo. (his mom and brother are still in her life as if nothing happened) so he played daddy for a day. then told his mom to tell me 2 days later he didnt want to see her again.. i filed for child support in may and they told me since we are unwed he is allowed a paternity test, but the ultimate decision is up to the judge. i figured since he hasnt tried to do paternity until now, and had been somewhat active in her life he should be held responcible.. morally yes legally idk. if he would have done this in the beginning i could have shared those first moments with someone who 100% wanted to be with her rather than with a man who is so indecisive. btw her real dad is a drug addict-. (sorry) just some opinions please? anyone ever heard of a judge forcing a non- dna linked father to stay on the b.c btw i live in kentucky.

Track Meet..and I got runners knees. What do I do?!?

Please please PLEASE don't ice right before running. It cools down your muscles and makes it much more likely that you'll pull a muscle. If it doesn't hurt crazy bad to run then I'd say do the meet then take it easy afterwards (unless you're a distance runner, in which case you might actually do some damage to yourself). Take ibuprofen or something afterwards to help with the pain and swelling, and ice whatever hurts AFTER you run. If the intense pain doesn't clear up in a couple weeks you might want to go to a doctor, though. I'm obviously not a doctor though, so take my advice as advice from another high-schooler--with caution! You don't wanna mess up your body this early in the season (too late for me :( sprained an ankle a month ago and it still hurts a little because I haven't given it time to heal properly). Does being taught Religion brainwash children to a certain extent?

I'm not trying to sound rude, but I find that kid's that kids who are taught religion in school are brainwashed to a certain extent. For example: In many Catholic school's creationism is ONLY taught while evolution isn't. I'd be fine with this if it was both, but isn't only giving one view kind of telling kids that this is what you have to believe and that's it, wouldn't you want your child to make there own choices? Does the process of putting in braces hurt?

okay so this prob isnt what you wana hear but it does hurt. it like this pressure after there on and its not a good idea to eat for a few hours afterwards. now the pain isn't like horrible its just uncomfy so plan on maybe taking a tylenol or somethin once they're on. the morning after they're on is when they hurt the most cuz when you sleep you like press your bottom jaw against your top and it puts more pressure ontop the pressure you already had. but after a few days it doesn't hurt anymore until you get them tightened. so i can ure that you won't be like crying from the pain it'll just be annoying. i hope this helps. :)

Why do you think Secular Humanists don't think they belong to a group nor view themselves as religious?

This is really weird to me. the definition of religion is 'a cause, principle, or system of beliefs held to with ardor and faith.' The believers of Secular Humanism are everywhere, and their written dogma is prolific, especially since the advent of the Internet. Their god is Reason, with the umption that humans possess the ability to know everything there is to know. MANY of them are zealots, attacking especially people of Christian faith as though it is their duty to do so. They are usually brash, confrontational, angry, and stubbornly hold onto their beliefs just as strongly as other religious people, seeing and hearing only what they want to. Cynicism and its expression represents one of their core beliefs. They control our public school systems, primarily through the teaching of evolution and the spontaneous (random) beginning of life, even though it's totally unproven. So, to say they are not organized would be absurd, especially since they have originators of the belief system who explicitly set out their agenda for gaining control of society. Some of them may not know who those individuals are, but that is no different from individuals who believe in Christianity without ever hearing much about Christ from church or formal teaching. No doubt, several of them who regularly monitor this forum for opportunities to evangelize will reply to this question, but will present themselves as 'independent thinkers' with no regard to the fact that their belief system is more deeply rooted and cohesive than that of any other religion. I always use to get mad instead of dealing with feelings and kicking my mentally abusive ex to the curb. How do I fix this virus/spyware?

I'm pretty sure that i have a virus on my computer. Every time I log onto windows, explorer.exe continues to disappear and reappear. First off she's a very good woman for putting her needs first. This shows that knows to take care of herself first before she can take care of anyone else, this includes being in a relationship. Yes it's possible to still love someone but break up with them because they're not giving you what you need, it takes more than love to keep a relationship lasting. It is really hard for a person to change who they are or how they act, so she definately has her guard up and is cautious at giving you a second chance. The unfortunate thing is there's no way of telling whether she will give you another chance or not. You can always say you'll do things differently but until you actually show her she won't believe it. Good luck.

Hot tub won't heat up?

The click you hear is the thermostat turning the relay on and off, one thing you can try.....there should be an Access panel to heater unit and most units have a reset on located on them, set thermostat way low so if it only needs to be reset it wont try heating as soon as you reset it. most times it will trip again if trying to restart through reset on, reset then turn up thermostat......hopefully that's all it needs .good luck

Volkswagen 2001 new beetle issue?

i just recently bought a used beetle (limited isotope green) for only $2500! yes, it was a bargain. anyway, i spent $700 to change the old parts in order to p safety. then, i spent another $700 to change its catalytic converter for emissions test. for me, that's fine since i love the car so much! now i have an issue again where the car just randomly won't start! it just happened a few days ago. when this incident happens to me, i just simply put it on neutral and press on the gas while starting, then it starts fine. but what could be wrong with it now? anyone else have the same problem? help?
