Is nvidia 3d kit compatible with my ATI Radeon 5770 to play 3d games?

hi buddies.. i ve recently googled and found out the availability of nvidia 3d kit(chargeable 3d gl). Im pretty skeptical about the compatibility of my computer with that kit... my sys specs... 4gb ram, core 2 duo 2.8 ghz, dg31pr motherboard, ati radeon hd 5770 1gb gfx card with 850mhz core clock,22 inch samsung monitor b2230h model, 500gb hdd.win xp... is it enough if i buy the kit alone to play 3d games or should i have to change any hardware devices like gfx card to nvidia 3d card....? plz help me with this .....
