Why are they selling Going Rogue for less than the cost of printing?

At 4.95, they are losing money just on printing and bindery costs. Then there's transportation, distribution, royalties, and something for the bookseller. Selling a book at this price is no triumph. It's a financial disaster. And, there are already places on the web where you can get it free.
