What is Randy Ortons REAL Problem as to which He is boring as Champion?

Orton never defends his title unless a PPV is coming up or if he is forced to. Because of Orton's gimmick he has also become boring on the mic. Everytime he talks he sounds like a robot. I also think if Randy dropped Legacy, he wouldn't look so weak. Orton's nothng but a coward now. He should've kept the Legend Killer gimmick, because he's boring me and a whole lot of other people.
