Why do people not get in trouble for disorderly conduct and perjury on the TV Judge shows such as Judge Judy?

I know its a show for ratings but it is still a court of laws and so I was wondering why they never get charged with contempt of court and out right perjury charges since a lot of them are proven lying while under oath?
