What do you think will happen..?

Me and my bf broke up for 3 months, then got back together within a month i found out i was pregnant. When i called to tell him he asked "is it mine" i said " i don’t know for sure, we just got back together, so when the doctor told me i was 4 weeks along we were both overwhelmed with what to do. I did a pregnancy calculator online and it said the time i concieved was the weekend we got back together. I gave him this information but also included it could be wrong. we didnt talk about it too much, we stayed together the entire time i was pregnant, and he signed the paternity affidvit and birth certificate. we broke up once after that then got back together and lived together till she was 1 1/2 old. during that break up he ordered a online paternity test and said he didnt want to see her again as the test came back she wasnt his. she is now almost 3 years old and he didnt see her for almost a year until he decided to meet up with her while she was with his mother at the zoo. (his mom and brother are still in her life as if nothing happened) so he played daddy for a day. then told his mom to tell me 2 days later he didnt want to see her again.. i filed for child support in may and they told me since we are unwed he is allowed a paternity test, but the ultimate decision is up to the judge. i figured since he hasnt tried to do paternity until now, and had been somewhat active in her life he should be held responcible.. morally yes legally idk. if he would have done this in the beginning i could have shared those first moments with someone who 100% wanted to be with her rather than with a man who is so indecisive. btw her real dad is a drug addict-. (sorry) just some opinions please? anyone ever heard of a judge forcing a non- dna linked father to stay on the b.c btw i live in kentucky.
