Whats wrong with my daughter? She has joint pains, and purple/red spots on her legs.?

My daughter has purple/red spots on her legs and joint pains, the spots have disapeared and reappeared many times, each time having the pain in her joints move somewhere else, the docters ave suggested it being HSP but not all of the syptoms fit, does anyone know what else it might be?
