Why wasn't the legalisation of drugs in the czech republic on the news?

There is nothing on bbc news about it, nor have I heard or seen it on any other news at the time. WTF they talk about BS like gnomes going missing and http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/6161691.stm. But they dont report on a legalisation of all drugs in a european country?
