Will I freeze or will I be ok?

Im making an emergency trip to NYC from FL in a few hours and I DO NOT have a jacket to keep me warm up there. It's too late to go out anywhere around here... nothing is open. I was planning on going up with 2 pairs of socks on, 2 t-shirts and one long sleeve shirt and finally a zip up spring like fleece... Do you guys think that will be warm enough or will I freeze? Keep in mind the temp in NYC is about 20 degrees for the high.
