Is it good hygine to take a shower everyday? What if the shower is low-flo and feels like big useless spinkler?

of course it is.. if the shower was lowflo I'd suggest you get a big bucket and fill it and use that or call a plumber and get a new nozzle and adjust your water pressure and @senor christian use a shower cap
