Songwriting?! Help!!!?

Okay so, I'm trying to write a song. But I'm not really sure what to write about. I kinda want to write something about like ascending above society's views or something meaningful. And once I get my topic I have no idea how to start it but I can keep going on and on if I have a good start. So please could anyone help me finding a good topic and starting out with the song.?
