How do I fix this virus/spyware?

I'm pretty sure that i have a virus on my computer. Every time I log onto windows, explorer.exe continues to disappear and reappear. Eventually, after only a few minutes of this happening the blue screen will pop up. I tried going onto my computer from safe mode, but the same thing happens. Is there any way I can fix this? All help would be appreciated.
