Charley Frye starts over Jamarcus Russell in Oakland. Where do the Raiders look for their next Franchise QB?

Honestly, I thought Bruce Gradkowski looked great. Considering he is only 26, I think he has potential to be great when he gets healthy again. If you watch the raiders, it actually looks like they could use a running back more. If they get lucky enough to have a shot at Ingram they would be insane not to grab him up.
