How do I handle being the first woman at my office to be written up for ual harrasmant?

HELPS ME OUT! My locals state of Minnesote celebrated our annuals festive irished day of st patricks yesterday. I made sure to wear my celebratory irished green corderoy jumper with matching shamrock printed turtle neck and sprays painted all of my head and bodily hairs red for a more ethniced irish look. My husband troi even complimented me when he said "jesus christ Donna you look like a over grown lepracon". When I got to the works I made sure to pinch everyone on the s if they were not wearing prominent amounts of greens. Like myself. Unfortunately 6 of my co workers took this the wrong way and I have now ben writen up on num occasions for har. What do I do now? They told me that I had the rest of the day off.
