I Need a Great Recipie for Beef Stew...?

Emeril Lage has an AWESOME recipe for slow-cooker beef stew -- in fact, that's what's for dinner at my house tonite! A great combo of herbs and spices "kicks it up a notch" and it's delicious! Seriously worth checking it out on www.foodnetwork.com -- search for Beef Stew and scroll down a few 'coz he had more than one recipe; obviously the recipe that has an "8hr" prep time. :-)
